3. Products and descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can, using information supplied by manufacturers. Packaging, formulations and label design change from time to time, and the product you receive may differ in appearance from the image shown. The label on the product you receive is the definitive source for ingredient, allergen, nutrition and storage information.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order under our Cancellation Policy, including where an item is unavailable or a price was manifestly incorrect.

5. Pricing, tax and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax, which are shown before you place your order.
• Most grocery food items are exempt from Texas sales tax; non-food items are taxed at the applicable rate.
• Payment is processed by a third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
• We may correct pricing errors at any time before dispatch, offering you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel with a full refund.

6. Delivery, returns and cancellation

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that burdens our systems, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no resale of products in breach of applicable food-handling or licensing requirements, and no use of our content or trademarks without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties other than those that cannot lawfully be excluded, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
