Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling before packing

Email info@zkmenterprise.sbs with your order number, or call +1 (316) 881-8931, and we will cancel the order at no charge. Any payment already taken is refunded in full to the original payment method within 3 business days of cancellation.

2. Cancelling after packing but before dispatch

We will cancel where we can still intercept the parcel. If the parcel has been sealed and labelled we may deduct the restocking and repacking cost, which will never exceed the shipping charge on the order. We tell you the amount before we process it.

3. Cancelling after dispatch

Once a parcel is with the carrier the order cannot be cancelled. Refuse the delivery or contact us on arrival and we will treat it under the Returns & Refund Policy; the eligibility limits for food products described there will apply.

4. Store pickup orders

Pickup orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before collection. Uncollected pickup orders are cancelled and refunded automatically after 7 calendar days.

5. Cancellations by ZKM Enterprise LLC

We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:

• an item is out of stock or a supplier cannot fulfil it;
• a price or product description contained a manifest error;
• payment could not be verified, or the order is flagged by our fraud screening;
• the delivery address is outside our shipping area or cannot be served safely.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund of the affected items and any tax and shipping charged on them. We will always tell you why.

6. Subscriptions and recurring orders

We do not currently operate subscriptions or recurring grocery deliveries. If that changes, cancellation terms for those plans will be published here before enrolment opens.
