• Information from our payment processor: confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and the last four digits and brand of the card. We never receive or store full card numbers.

• To detect and prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Order and transaction records are retained for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contact records are retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use HTTPS across the site, restrict internal access to order data, and rely on a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor so that card data never reaches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.
